Charlene Sirca - Coordinator
As a young teenage mother of three, I didn't have a network of
support in the everyday challenges of motherhood. I was a
stay-at-home mom who struggled with desperate situations and
was very isolated. My own mother was not around in my growing
up and I had no role model for motherhood. I made many
mistakes but I learned as I went. Those children are now grown
adults with children of their own.
I am in a new phase, a little older and wiser, with 5 year old
triplets. I am now facing more challenges, but this time around I
am very confident with the wisdom I have received. I feel I have a
God-given gift and a passion for mothers and their needs. god
has filled my heart with so much love and compassion for them.
When my pastor approached me with being the coordinator for
MUMS (Mothers Uplifting Mothers), I knew God was calling me to
this ministry. We are here to help support you in any way we can,
whether it be emotionally, mentally or spiritually.

Faith Lancaster - Finance Leader
Faith is the mother of three children, two girls and a boy. Faith
has been active with MUMS since the inception in 2005, her
husband is the Pastor of Flushing Alliance Church.
Dana McGary - Hospitality Leader
The newest member of the MUMS team is the mother of five
children ranging in ages from twenty years to twenty months!
Dana has been happily married for 12 years and joined MUMS for
the companionship and understanding. Dana is very excited
about what the group has to offer and encourages others to come
and watch what the Lord is doing in Flushing Ohio!

Sue Milhorn, lovingly known as "Miss Sue"
Miss Sue is the amazing Childcare Coordinator of MUMS. Sue is a
childcare provider and teacher with ten years experience at Belmont
Technical College and ten years at New Covenant Academy. Sue is State
Certified with a total of 28 years of experience. She has 3 children of her
own, 10 grandchildren and has lived in Flushing for 36 years.

Cheryl Smith - Nursery care
Cheryl has been with MUMS since the beginning. She is very dedicated to
taking great care of the "little ones".
